CASE FILE INTAKE

Heard a rumor, found an original source or spotted a correction? Include the source URL, event date, what you think it shows and whether we may quote your submission. No name or account is required. Forminit processes submissions; omitting your name does not guarantee anonymity. Every lead needs investigation.

Source or correction · form PRL-T · handle with discretion

⚠ Files can carry hidden metadata — author name, device, sometimes location. If staying anonymous matters, strip it before sending (or send a fresh screenshot instead of the original).

We read every submission. Nothing you send is published automatically — tips are reviewed by a human before anything reaches the board. Don't send anything you're contractually barred from sharing.
